Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective bag, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
